Rules for use

Films that are labelled "Foto: Kungahuset.se" or "Photo: royalcourt.se" are approved for embedding in all web environments, and may be embedded from the players where the films are shown. The films must not be copied, sold, distributed to third parties or archived.

Brief clips from the films may be used in connection with news broadcasts and for educational or academic purposes, provided that:

• a maximum of 60 seconds is used
• the wording "Foto: kungahuset.se" or "Photo: royalcourt.se" is stated on the image throughout the duration of the clip
• the films are not edited or otherwise manipulated, other than in connection with selecting the clip
• no graphics, voiceover or other additions are added to the selected clip
• no logos are added to the selected clip, other than the ID decreed in the Swedish Radio and Television Act
  

Films that are not labelled "Foto: Kungahuset.se" or "Photo: royalcourt.se" are owned by the relevant producer. Contact the relevant producer for terms of use.

Any use in contravention of the above rules will be charged for by the Royal Court.
